While we are happy to facilitate any manufacturer’s warranty claims or Sleep Trial exchanges on your behalf, we are not able to accept a return, or provide a refund of any sort once the product has been received upon delivery, or in store pickup. This policy, to which we closely adhere, assures each guest that their product is made to order, factory fresh.
At Roanoke Mattress, we take great care in choosing only the best quality products, and providing our guests with the most pleasurable shopping experience. We encourage you to spend as much time as necessary when testing mattresses to be sure the mattress you leave with, is one you can sleep with.
We understand the importance of being comfortable with your mattress and your purchase. Therefore, we are proud to offer Comfort Trials on these select models:
Serta iComfort: You have 120 days from receipt of your mattress set to initiate an exchange due to comfort. The exchange must be of equal or greater value and the mattress must be free of stains. We strongly recommend purchasing a mattress protector to ensure the integrity of your mattress. You must sleep on the mattress for a minimum of 30 nights before an exchange can be processed. This is to allow your body time to adjust to your new mattress. If choosing a model that is greater in price you must pay the difference plus a $99 exchange fee and any delivery cost associated with the exchange. Sales and special promotions do not apply to comfort exchanges. You must pay the regular price. You cannot choose a model lesser in value. Boxsprings or adjustable beds cannot be exchanged.
All other mattresses are not eligible for our Comfort Trial. No exceptions can be made. Adjustable beds, pillows, protectors, sheets, comforters, mattress toppers and all other accessories are not eligible for exchange or Comfort Trial.
